A: You can cancel or modify your reservation through the TableCheck reservation page. Please note that modifications cannot be made within 24 hours of your reserved time. Additionally, cancellations made within 24 hours will incur a 100% cancellation fee.
A: You can change the number of people via TableCheck up to 24 hours before your reservation time. Changes are not allowed within 24 hours. If fewer people show up on the day, the full charge for the reserved number of guests will still apply.

A:We’re sorry, but we can’t provide notifications for cancellations as our staff are unable to monitor bookings in real-time due to high reservation demand. Please check our booking platform regularly for available slots.

A: Only customers 6 years of age or older are allowed to enter, and children aged 6 to 12 must be accompanied by a guardian. Please note that there will be a charge for any accompanying guests as well.
A: The ¥50 charge is a deposit to verify your credit card. It will be refunded after the verification process is complete.

A: There are several paid coin parking lots nearby, but availability is not guaranteed. We recommend using public transportation such as trains, taxis, or buses to visit us.

A: We do not publicly display the capybaras in the large pool. However, during the 12:00 PM session, they may take a small bath in a smaller tub. Please note that this depends on factors such as the season, temperature, and weather, and may not be available every day. (In particular, the pool is not available during the winter season.)
A: Forgotten items will be kept for one week only, and customers are kindly requested to come to the cafe to collect them during business hours. Please note that we do not offer shipping or delivery services for lost items.
